Have I ever mentioned that her side of the family is large and extended? I just...kinda avoid interacting with them, for fear of someone realizing a connection exists between, like, my cousins' kids and me. Because I get really pissed off when I have to rescue kids or someone uses them against me, so I minimize the odds of it happening. They appreciate that enough that pretty much everyone's RSVP'ed."
